The Climate Bridges Network is dedicated to advancing the implementation of effective climate mitigation solutions across Southeastern Europe. By facilitating regular exchanges, organizing joint campaigns, and coordinating various activities, the network aims to significantly strengthen the collaboration among its members. This enhanced cooperation is not limited to the network’s internal structure; it also extends to fostering robust partnerships between Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and governmental bodies. This comprehensive approach ensures a more integrated and effective response to climate challenges in the region.
Membership of the network offers numerous advantages, such as:
Network members can exchange knowledge, ideas, challenges and solutions in the field of climate mitigation and adaptation.
European and international projects often require partners from different countries. The transnational orientation of the network enables partnerships and offers access to useful information.
Members work together on campaigns, projects, events and activities to strengthen cooperation and amplify their impact.
The network holds regular exchange meetings and occasionally plans joint campaigns, events and projects.
The network welcomes members from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia and from neighbouring countries. Members may be civil society organisations (CSOs), public authorities or private institutions.
Membership involves no fees or obligations: only the agreement of members to the terms of the Network by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which you can download using the button below.
